Danielle Iverson


Danielle discovered Pilates over 5 years ago when she was pregnant. It totally changed her life and body. Not even 6 months after coming back from maternity leave, she realized it was the first time in her life that she saw a true change in her body. It was then that she knew Pilates was something she believed in and decided to pursue getting certified through the A Pilates Method. Her classes are a fusion of different elements that she has learned over the years of practicing with different teachers and their unique styles & methods with a little flare of her own! Her main goal in class is to provide a fun, challenging (but doable), and ever-evolving & changing environment because those are her favorite things about this incredible form of exercise. Every single Pilates move has such a purpose behind it and one of the most amazing things about mat and reformer is the diversity. My favorite exercises to teach are the hundred, bridging, and the side-lying leg series.
